Dallas-Fort Worth’s population growth has made it a popular market for industrial investors.

A California real estate firm is boosting its investment in McKinney, a fast-growing hub for logistics firms.

The seller was a joint venture between New York-based Thor Equities Group and Morgan Stanley. Thor Equities Group owns $20 billion in real estate properties around the world. AC Industrial Properties LLC, parent company of Texas Industrial Warehouses LLC, also owns the Logistics Center at McKinney Building A as well as four properties in Dallas.
