whenever I have tried shopping local lately I find what I am needing is out of stock and has been for a while. So I order the item online and have it in days.
Not mentioned here are the public safety concerns. While perhaps some “people got used to working from home” 1000s of us live downtown but no longer casually wander the streets as we go about our days. Tough times for sure. I used to always shop local now I just shop less.
