A family-owned Valley business made up of veterans is using
VetLink Solutions connects veterans with their medical partners for a complete medical examination, making sure they obtain the proper paperwork, and then the company uses that to petition the Veteran Health Administration for an increase in medical benefits and compensation. Rodriguez said the average individual sees an increase of about $1,000 a month in what they are getting because of the increase in their symptoms. The VA determines the final compensation.
“We do not charge unless there's a successful result. We pay for their doctor's appointments through our medical partners, and we cover any expenses in the process to get them there,” Rodriguez said. “When we started, our goal was to help eight veterans a month,” said VetLink Solutions co-owner Gerard Rodriguez in a statement. “In just three short years, we are now providing services to 500-600 veterans monthly, which tells you how necessary our services really are.”
