Police say the accused threatened staff with a knife and fled

On Nov. 13, Sault Ste. Marie Police arrested and charged a 43-year-old with robbery after they allegedly stole several items from local business.

Police say the accused entered a business in the 400 block of Great Northern Road during the evening hours, selected multiple items and left without paying for them. When staff tried to stop the accused outside the business, the accused threatened them with a knife and fled the area.As a result, Peter Tarbox, 43, was arrested and charged with the following:
