'We want enough agents to cover the country, but not too many.' — Greg Hague phoenix

With three-year revenue growth of 2,065%, Hague's 72Sold ranked 260th on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies in 2022. Annual revenue in 2021 reached $47.93 million.

His home-selling technique caught the attention of Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams, the world's largest real estate franchise, and in June the two companies forged a partnership. Now, Hague and his team are training Keller Williams associates on the 72Sold home sale model."Through Keller Williams, our goal is to have this be the predominant home-selling program used in America," Hague said."Our initial mission tag line years ago was to change the way America sells homes.

He will target viewers of various news programs, including"Good Morning America,""CBS Mornings" and"Nightly News With Lester Holt" six days a week.the Innovator of the Year honors at the Phoenix Business Journal's annual Arizona Corporate Excellence awards.Hague said he took some of the best practices he uses in his system from other industries.

"But the goal was never to sell the home during that weekend," he said."The goal was to do what the biggest auction companies in the world do. They conduct opportunity showings to let people see it before the auction."
