African National Congress veteran, Mavuso Msimang, says the latest postponement of the National Executive Committee meeting points to confusion among the ruling party’s leadership.

veteran, Mavuso Msimang, says the latest postponement of the National Executive Committee meeting points to confusion among the ruling party’s leadership. It was rescheduled for this Sunday but was again cancelled and is due to take place on Monday.

Msimang says there are difficulties within the ANC leadership, “The postponement of the NEC meeting suggests that there is confusion and this is a reflection of difficulties being experienced within the ANC. It clearly has to do with the non-appearance of the President so that he clears, first hand, the information and analysed the report. All of this does not bode well.”

Mkhize was speaking on the sidelines of a Cadres Assembly hosted by the ANC Youth League’s Ward 51 in Langa in Cape Town. Holomisa says, “What is happening here is the divisions within the ruling party and are playing in a serious way. Now, the outcome of that panel, whether they agree or disagree with its findings, it has to be taken to parliament. When the panel said that he may have committed something wrong, that should now be looked at by members of parliament in an inquiry format.”

NUM to continue supporting Ramaphosa but will not interfere in ANC issues - SABC News - Breaking news, special reports, world, business, sport coverage of all South African current events. Africa's news leader.National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) President, Daniel Balepile, says they will continue to support African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa as a founding member of the union, but they will not interfere in ANC issues. This Ramaphosa saga taught me that, those who said they stand with the constitution during Nkandla saga, actually lied. The same people today are questioning the constitution. If all the people in the ANC with issues or skeleons stepped aside who would be left? Maybe it's coming down to type of skeleton, taking of peoples service delivery money is certainly a bad one. Num is useless, dont give it airtime
