Thousands of people turned up to shop at a winter market in one of Glasgow’s famous old buildings.
Last year the event attracted 2000 people over the weekend but on day one this year alone it surpassed that total with 2200 people passing through the doors on Saturday and more on Sunday. Many of the sellers are based in the Briggait Centre, which has been transformed into a creative centre for Glasgow.
Others came from outside the city to show and offer their work Velvet Rose Designs, Eve Cockburn Jewellery, Artists’ Tuck Shop! and Spicy Chameleon.
