Tánaiste says Ireland’s infrastructure “not up to scratch” with foreign executives often asking about the provision of housing, water and energy before making investment decisions

The housing crisis is acting as a “drag” on overseas investment into Ireland but the pipeline of new projects remains strong, Leo Varadkar has said.
