A small pandemic success story: Sigma Computing has grown its San Francisco office space by 10 times in the last 24 months.

"Sigma has seen exceptional growth this year on all fronts. We've added 180 employees since the spring, with 390 employees in total, to accelerate innovation for our enterprise-grade data analytics platform and support our rapidly expanding user base," said, vice president of operations at Sigma."Sigma has grown its customers by 3X to 450-plus enterprises and data-first upstarts and expanded its weekly active users on the platform by 500% in just the last year.

"This means flexible office hours based on each employees' preference, free snacks and lunches, dog-friendly environments with daily dog walkers, proactive market rate adjustments to employee salaries every six months, and excellent office spaces with amenities like a private roof deck, and easy access to public transit and restaurants," said Clifford.

"Especially for tech teams, being able to write on a board and discuss their work in person has proven to be more enjoyable and productive so we've preferred to support this while still having flexible options," Clifford said.
