After a few rough years, Phoenix’s hospitality market saw an overall positive year in 2022, which caught the eye of several investors.
In 2022, there were 46 hospitality properties around the Valley that were sold, up from the 43 in 2021, according to real estate database company Vizzda. In 2019 there were 45 transactions and 21 in 2020.
