The Pokémon Company has taken a company using its trademarks and assets to advertise an NFT-based Pokémon mobile game to court.

Australian company Pokémon Pty Ltd set up and advertised a website claiming to be launching a crypto game called PokéWorld . The company even claimed to have worked on Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Pokémon Home and Pokémon Sleep. The Pokémon Company International has asked the court to seek a resolution to stop Pokémon Pty Ltd from using their trademarks, and to stop the game's launch as well as selling any NFTs using their intellectual property. This does appear to be a slam-dunk case of blatant copyright infringement.

Evri couriers: Wiltshire customers report parcels going missingSome also reported being unable to contact the company about missing items and delays in delivery. Not surprising. They just leave parcels worth over £100 on doorstep in view of whole road for 5-6 hours until we get home. What happened to leaving a calling card to rearrange delivery or nominate a safe place to leave? Same thieves. Just changed the name recently. How come this is 'news'? Did anyone actually believe that Herpes rebranding themselves as Evri would make a blind bit of difference?
