Political parties have vowed to intensify their efforts in holding government accountable in 2023. Delivering their New Year’s messages, parties have called on South Africans to set their eyes on the 2024 elections.

They say 2022 was marred by challenges that included rolling blackouts, increases in food and fuel prices, gender-based violence cases and high unemployment rates among others.

Steenhuisen has urged South Africans to vote for change as the country is expected to hold its general elections in 2024. In his new year’s message, the leader of the official opposition says the electorate is able to reduce the high levels of crime and elect a capable government through the ballot.

It's all a lie! They care for themselves and their immediate family members.

The system that runs South Africa must be abolished and we must create one that will work for us this one is failing us and wickedness must fade away

The ANC don’t accept accountability for anything and other parties are outvoted by 10 to 1 in any decisions that would be made to rectify the situation 🤮🤮

I'm guessing that the DA will have John speaking fancy English and the EFF being more unruly in parliament 😂🤣😂🤣😂

The ANC with the help of some journalists will intesify its effort in defense of Ramaphosa in 2023.

No accountability here... MYANC needs to be gone that's all

That is why they are in parliament, it's their duty of course

There is no opposition parties in Parliament they are too weak

They'll never win against the ANC, it's just a wishful thinking, another thing they rely too much to Malema who's a baby to most of them, they can't even remove ANC from power, with all it's scandals,it beats them each time there are elections, they must save their breath 🙄🙄🙄
