Corporate leaders uniformly agree that there is a role for the o¬ ice, and it’s been missing. We need to find the meeting point, the point where Bay Area employees are willing to come into an o¬ ice that they like being at, and where corporate leaders are satisfied they’re getting the benefits we all used to have from being in the o¬ ice while keeping their companies attractive and retaining their workforce.
