Cosper joined Texas Capital Bank in 2013. Prior to his promotion, he served as senior VP and group manager for the company's commercial real estate organization.

"I am looking forward to continuing to build trusted relationships across our core markets that earn us the right to be a client's first call for their real estate banking needs," Cosper said in the release.

Dan Hoverman, head of Investment Banking, said he hopes to have 80 to 100 people on his team by the end of the year.
