In Goodyear, PepsiCo Beverages North America held the grand opening of its newest Valley warehouse on Thursday, which saw more than 300 employees and community members in attendance.within PV303, one of the city's largest master-planned industrial centers in Goodyear, for a 237,347-square-foot building at the Gateway 303 project last year.

The company's Phoenix facility was the largest selling PepsiCo location in all of North America, and now the company is able to split its product between its Phoenix and Goodyear facilities, which allows PepsiCo to hold 50% more product in the Valley, Crosman said. The new facility will be developed across about 44 acres at the northeast corner of Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way adjacent to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America hospital. It will also be developed on some of the only remaining agricultural and vacant land in the area close to I-10.

The 18-acre infill facility has two buildings that were completed in December 2022 and is located at 1300 & 1330 W. Warner Road near Interstate 10, Loop 202 and U.S. 60. The two buildings on site are each 98,500 square feet and can hold multiple tenants. They feature 32-foot clear heights and 40 rear-load dock doors, four drive-in doors, 64 trailer parking stalls and 392 vehicle parking spots between both buildings.recently acquired a nearly 100,000-square-foot industrial building in Phoenix for $10.9 million and is planning to upgrade the facility with new renovations.

Phil Haenel, Mike Haenel and Andy Markham of Cushman & Wakefield are representing Stos Partners in marketing the building for a tenant. Cushman & Wakefield recently added two commercial real estate brokers to its industrial sales and leasing teams in Phoenix.
