Utah businessman Bran Bonham, who will be Utah Gov. Cox’s pro bono “entrepreneur-in-residence,' had recently given thousands to Cox’s campaign accounts, though both said Thursday the donation didn’t play a role in the appointment.

— which focuses on promoting economic opportunities in Utah — which is within the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity.

“It’s not rewarding a donor for something that they’ve done. In fact, it’s kind of the opposite. We’re making life worse for Brad not better,” Cox joked. “When we give money, it’s mostly about making sure that we have people in positions that can affect policy for good, because this is where I’m raising my family, this is where my kids live,” Bonham said Thursday. “Good policy leads to good results, which leads to a great place to live.”

What a surprise! 🤬

'Money rules simple fools.'

FTX laundered U.S. tax dollars intended for the NWO puppet state Ukraine back to the U.S. for Democrat and RINO anti-MAGA political campaigns.

Like the man said “you can buy anything in this world for money”

'Person who paid to influence politicians given symbolic role that will help them influence more politicians'

This sounds like 'pay to play.' Disappointed the Spencer Cox seems to care more about business than he does about the average Utahn.

So GovCox claims that because Bonham isn't being paid, there's nothing to see here. But most of us know better than to be conned by our aw-shucks farmer Gov. With such a position in govt, he can steer state business to himself and his friends. Ahh, the Utah Way!

This is totally not pay to play…surely not

Trust issues here. Can’t trust a member of the party who would seat a man who used deception to get elected. You’ve got to clean your house before we can trust you. “No Trust, Verify”

Utah Republicans are always bleating about the need to promote and support small businesses. So, why appoint a big business person to an advisory role on entrepreneurship? It's just all about the money.

So, is Bran going to be part of the solution to bringing down housing costs or part of the problem by furthering his entrepreneurial efforts as a real estate investor?

That's not possible.

As long as Bran created jobs for people who need employers to work, bravo!

🙄

Yeah right. And of course this administration has not pursued any ethics issues thus far either
