Recent data comparing automakers suggests that Tesla'’s current positioning is dominant in the market, recent data comparing automakers

Tesla has become nothing short of a household name when it comes to electric vehicles, as shown in part by the company’s market share. Even as some point to increasing competition as a threat to Tesla in the coming years, the automaker’s current positioning is dominant in the market, recent data comparing automakers suggests.

Behind Tesla’s flagship vehicles were the Ford Mustang Mach-E, with just 28,089 units sold, and the Tesla Model S , Chevy Bolt EV , and Tesla Model X landing fourth, fifth, and sixth, respectively. Following Tesla’s lineup and Ford’s popular EV were the Hyundai IONIQ 5 and the Kia EV6 to fill out the rest of the top eight.

I would think this is pretty obvious

Tesla Model Y outsells the Ford Mach E in 2022 in the USA by 7X!! Not twice as many, or 3 times as many.....but 7X!! Legacy automakers started way too late and don't have the capacity to make EVs...and won't for years. A long wait for Ford or GM EVs.....Lack of vision!!
