Within DFW, the bank will have $727 million in local deposits, according to Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. figures as of June 30. Vista also gains a branch in Justin and Charis' office in the Crescent in Uptown, which houses Westwood Private Bank.

Steinmetz described Justin and nearby Argyle as"incredible growth markets." He also expressed excitement about the opportunity to connect with more businesses in Tarrant County.
