Airport lands new ultra-affordable Canadian airline

Lynx Air, a Calgary, Canada-based airline firm, began flying to Orlando International Airport on Jan. 27.

The ultra-affordable airline provides flights between Orlando International's new Terminal C and Toronto Pearson International Airport four times a week on a Boeing 737 aircraft."The choice of Orlando as our first U.S.

Orlando International Airport's November 2022 12-month rolling traffic — the most recent data available — reached 49.7 million passengers, up 29.82% from 38.28 million for the same time the previous year. That's just shy of the 50.6 million mark the airport reached in 2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic hit.

However, the airport reports it hit a record 51.3 million passengers in the 12-month cycle of March 2019 through February 2020.
