Residential Tenancies Board survey found over half of landlords exited the market due to high taxes on rental income, with the regulatory environment seen as too stringent

More than half of landlords who have left the rental markets did so because they felt tax on their earnings was too high, according to a new survey by the Residential Tenancies Board .
