DelissioNestle said it will work with its retail partners to facilitate the exit of these products from stores.
“There's going to be a void in the freezer aisle,” he said. “It will be difficult for other companies to pick up the slack that quickly.”In addition, it can take years to expand a facility's capacity or build a new plant to increase production or add new products, Charlebois said. Moreover, inflation has diverted spending away from restaurants and to grocery stores as Canadians look to save money, a trend that has likely boosted demand for prepared frozen foods, Charlebois said.
Nestle said it is focusing on categories that support long-term business growth, including confectionary, coffee, ice cream, premium water and pet food.
time to stock up
Dr. Oetker far superior

People actually eat that garbage? Make your own pizza people, its easy as hell.
Gonna have to have a talk with this Delissio guy
No big whoop. The pizza crust taste like cardboard anyway and the frozen meals are awful too.
Fine they already lost my business when they shrank the size and changed the sauce
No one should be cheering a major brand leaving the market creating less competition and choice. Maybe the next company that says hey that's a good idea makes a product you like. Good or bad a lot of seniors buy these items and the brands left like PC will be more expensive.
They used to be decent when they first came out, but then they just started tasting like cardboard and onions… More profitable for them to make bad pizza, I guess…
Delissio's the only frozen pizza I eat. I'm choosing to take this like when Coke changed their Coke Zero recipe: thank you for removing a bad temptation and making my diet better
If you want frozen Dr. Oetker makes better pizza.
