There are very few places in the country that can say they have 2,000 contiguous acres that they’re ready to bring in. It could be industrial, manufacturing, residential if that’s needed or other commercial if that would be complementary to whatever a company needed. There’s still lots of land left for development. That’s something we’re being smart about. We work with the owners to make sure we’re looking at the whole area together as one.
