Sky News host Caroline Di Russo says Faulty Towers is a “look into the 1970s” and showrunners looking to remake the show should find something else to be “funny” about.

“I kind of like Fawlty Towers as it is, it’s kind of this nice little enclosed bubble, a look into the 1970s – I really quite like it as it is,” Ms Di Russo told commentator Steve Price. “It’s like saying someone would remake Blackadder, just don’t touch it, it’s perfect, leave it as it is, go and find something else new to be funny about.”

Is anything allowed to be funny these days?

Neither should we be fixated on 60s 70s 90s music but we are because her generation has failed on every level to either produce equal or better We should not be attending the concerts of 70+ year olds Or indeed discussing what Madonna looks like They should be history !

I bet Caroline finds Fawlty Towers offensive!!
