There shouldn't be any legal reason to request private information from private citizens. Make them go to court

Unlike Donald Trump family none of Biden's children were given government positions , this type of witch-hunt is the very reason for that SC opinion

Congress can issue subpoenas to private citizens. However, the Supreme Court has held that this power is not absolute. Congress cannot simply open investigations and intrude into the private lives of individuals.

I am so sick of this shit. Has it by any chance occurred to anybody that there's a country to run, and that's why we elected them and pay them?
