Riverside's Summit Tower renamed Corner Lot Center

Riverside's Summit Tower has been renamed Corner Lot Center, and Jacksonville developer's name logo was installed on the rooftop facing the Fuller Warren Bridge last week.for $11 million in June 2022. It was built in 1963 and designed by noted architect Taylor Hardwick. NAI Hallmark is the property manager and advised on the acquisition.

“We’ve been waiting for this moment since we purchased the property last summer. Seeing our name and logo overlooking the Jacksonville skyline during this moment in the City’s history is inspiring,” Allen said in a press release. “From the Jaguars making the playoffs to the resurgence of development in downtown, the momentum in Jacksonville is undeniable and we’re humbled to be part of the equation.

The building's seventh and eighth floors, approximately 18,352 square feet of space, will soon be occupied by law firm Shutts & Bowen. The building is 90% occupied, the release said, with River & Post Restaurant and Rooftop Bar and a number of professional services as tenants. Corner Lot’s headquarters will remain at the Goodwin House and the adjacent River House on Goodwin Street in Riverside"for the foreseeable future," the release said.
