Fresh off acquiring the ground lease to 18 acres of Scottsdale Airpark land, Creation Equity is ready to build what it thinks will be a coveted industrial center.
The Phoenix developer is planning an industrial project called Thunderbird Commerce Park. The development will include a 243,360-square-foot building and feature 51 truck doors, a 32-foot clear height, four electric vehicle dual-charging pedestals and 322 car spaces.
“Thunderbird Commerce Park represents an unprecedented opportunity to develop a Class-A logistics/manufacturing building in the highly coveted Scottsdale Airpark submarket,” Kingdon said in a statement. “This submarket is highly supply-constrained and typically boasts the highest rental rates and tightest vacancy levels in the Phoenix-metro market.
