Two contracts for the R5 billion Potsdam upgrade will be considered on the City Council's agenda in March.Appeals have been dismissed for two major contracts for an R5 billion upgrade at the Potsdam wastewater treatment plant.The volume of water that will be treated after the upgrade will increase from 47 million litres to 100 million litres.

The Potsdam wastewater treatment plan currently only has the capacity to treat 47 million litres of wastewater.
