He's still on call, ready to serve the public and emergency services

A diving expert who helped search for Nicola Bulley has hailed the public's support after reportedly being 'removed from the National Crime Agency’s expert list'.

SGI, which has assisted in several high profile investigations, spent two and a half days scanning a three-mile stretch of the River Wyre between St Michael's and Cartford Bridge, using what Mr Faulding described as 'state of the art' sonar technology.

"As I said before it is business as usual for SGI, this story was spun to grab the headlines. We remain on call to serve the public along with the other emergency services 24/7."
