Some experts believe the energy sector is a long way away from achieving gender equity

It’s CERAWeek in Houston, an annual conference for those in the energy industry. Rhona DelFrari has been among the oil and gas industry leaders, politicians and other stakeholders in attendance. While she’s gleaned a lot from the event, on Wednesday, International Women’s Day, the Cenovus Energy executive noticed something was off.
