As of this posting, firefighters were still battling the blaze that has gutted Blocks 3 and 4 of the market near what used to be the Hilltop Building zone, according to the Baguio City Public Information Office.The market had previously been struck by fire several times, the latest back in 2009 which occurred also after Baguio had concluded its annual Baguio Flower Festival month.FEATURED STORIES
