A New York court of appeals ruled Tuesday that Madison Square Garden can ban lawyers suing them from attending events at its venues. The ruling overturns a preliminary injunction.

FOX 5 New York reported that while MSG is allowed to ban lawyers from sporting events, should they deny them entry to non-sporting events, they may have to cough up $500 a head each time they are denied. Furthermore, it said the party canmay have won this battle it lost the war," plaintiff Larry Hutcher told FOX Business via email.

Hutcher also noted that the suit had brought public attention to the "unconscionable use of facial technology" and other issues.
