Endeavor Group Holdings on Monday announced a deal to merge WWE and UFC to form a $21 billion separately listed company hours after WrestleMania 39.

Linda McMahon and Vince McMahon attend the New York Moves Magazine's 10th Anniversary Power Women Gala at the Grand Hyatt New York on Nov. 14, 2013 in New York City.

McMahon added, "Together, we will be a $21+ billion live sports and entertainment powerhouse with a collective fanbase of more than a billion people and an exciting growth opportunity.
