US-based specialised asset management firm Rohatyn Group has concluded its acquisition of South Africa’s Ethos Private Equity, a merger that will result in combined assets under management totalling some $8 billion . The price tag and terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed. Ethos CEO Stuart MacKenzie, said with the Rohatyn Group’s resources network and its deep understanding of the emerging market, the company has become better positioned to drive investment across the continent.
