Australian skincare company Aesop has been sold to L’Oreal in a deal worth $3.7 billion.

Australian skincare company Aesop has been sold to L’Oreal in a deal worth $3.7 billion. Aesop was created by Dennis Paphitis at his hairdressing saloon in Armadale, Melbourne and was sold to Natura in 2012 for $68 million.

 

Guess they were worth it.
