Former US President Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. 9News

The charges stem from a hush money payment to a porn actor during Trump's 2016 campaign.

In a release, Bragg's office said the charges related to offences caused as a result of Trump's electoral strategy. "Trump then went to great lengths to hide this conduct, causing dozens of false entries in business records to conceal criminal activity, including attempts to violate state and federal election laws.
