But the social housing company says their work is in order and has challenged Samwu to lay charges with law enforcement authorities.
"What has been done, has been done in line with policy and there is evidence that is documented that everything that has been done was in line with policy, so we are putting it to the colleagues from Samwu that if there is something that was done incorrectly, they must go to law enforcement agencies and lay the charge," said Themba Mathibe from Johannesburg Social Housing Company.
