A photo taken on Tuesday shows a homeless individual without clothes lying on a couch at the site. Several tents and furniture were also spotted along the street. On Wednesday evening, Councilmember Katy Yaroslavsky, whose district includes communities on the Westside, issued the following statement regarding the site.
Build high sky building of 400,000 apts studios for homeless, one hour away north Barstow for the homeless. Get all homeless from Southern California move there until they get in their feet with jobs and back to the cities paying rent like the rest of society.

I passed by last week Beverly Hills is a mess it looks like downtown L.A I was so shocked it looked really bad but the most important thing is helping these people I’m normally around them and a lot of mental illness and drugs be part of the solution not the problem
