KO stock rose 1.2% in premarket trading after the beverage giant’s first-quarter profit and revenue beat forecasts as it kept its full-year growth outlook unchanged.

Shares of Eli Lilly & Co. LLY rose 0.5% in premarket trading after the drugmaker announced an deal to sell its hypoglycemia treatment for people with diabetes Baqsimi to Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. AMPH for up to $1.075 billion in cash and potential milestone payments. Amphastar shares were not trading.Bed Bath & Beyond shares BBBY slumped 40% in premarket trading after the home-goods retailer said Sunday that it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
