Lisa Rogers’s appointment, along with two new directors from Shaw, brings number of directors to 16

late founder, is joining her three siblings on the board of the Toronto-based telecom and media giant.

“Lisa has previously worked for Rogers, was on the board of Rogers Media when that board was in place, and brings many years of experience and wisdom as the founder, president and chief executive officer of The Annual Foundation,” Mr. Rogers said. During the height of the months-long boardroom conflict that divided the Rogers family in the fall of 2021, Lisa sided with Mr. Rogers by not voting in favour of a motion supported by her mother, Loretta Rogers, and sisters Martha Rogers and Melinda Rogers-Hixon.
