CLEVELAND, Ohio – Support local business during National Small Business Week, now through May 6 and be eligible for prizes. COSE has created a passport noting 12 actions to prompt shopping locally. Complete one or more actions, then post a photo on Instagram with the tag #clesmallbiz. You will be entered into a drawing for a locally sourced gift basket.

“Small business growth and success is COSE’s priority, and we thought the passport contest would be a fun way to celebrate National Small Business week and encourage the public to shop local,” said Megan E. Kim, executive director of COSE and senior vice president, membership development and marketing at Greater Cleveland Partnership.

“Participants can support small businesses in a variety of ways from meeting a friend at a locally owned coffee shop to leaving a review for a local business to spending time at the West Side Market,” she says. “We hope people participate in as many prompts from the passport as possible.”If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.
