An Oswestry electrical utilities firm has been fined £1,000 after failing to declare who was driving after a suspected traffic offence.

The company - iScope Utilities, based in Springbank, Mount Road - did not say who was behind the wheel of one of its vehicles in Droitwich, Worcestershire, when the alleged offence took place on August 26 last year.

A guilty plea was entered on behalf of the firm to a charge of failing to give information to identify a driver at Worcester Magistrates Court.
