BofA can help.and start reading now.Bank of America broke down how investors should shift their allocations as the market grinds upward.They added that small caps are an especially good pathway to diversification right now., Bank of America revealed where it believes investors should put their money up and down the cap spectrum.

With that in mind, Subramanian and her team upgraded their view of tech to"Market weight" from"Underweight," noting that tech stocks still benefit from major secular trends like AI and spending on cloud computing, but their positioning risk is lower than it's been in a long time and their finances and margins are generally very healthy.

She also lowered the rating on consumer staples stocks to"Market weight" from"Overweight," also based on their rising valuations and on market positioning.
