Grogan Ford Lincoln in Watford, Ont. was acquired by Perry Kantzas and Mark Lensink earlier in the year, according to Dealer Solutions Mergers & Acquisitions (DSMA), which brokered the sale.

A southwestern Ontario Ford Motor Co. dealership changed hands and rebranded this spring after nearly 50 years in business. The dealership, which opened in 1976, was previously owned by Larry and Bonnie-Jean Grogan. The store moved to its current location at 5437 Nauvoo Rd.

in Watford, just south of Ontario Hwy. 402, midway between London and Sarnia, in 2014. DSMA disclosed the acquisition in June, but the rebranding process began in April, as the dealership migrated its website to a new domain to reflect its new identity. The store is now known as Watford Ford Lincoln.
