The four-building warehouse development is planned on almost 88 acres on Euless-Grapevine Road, west of DFW International Airport. Grapevine City Council recently approved the project, which will be built by ARCO/Murray. Construction is set to start in September in the first 200,340-square-foot phase of the development.
