Every state in the U.S. saw fewer home listed for sale in June compared to the same month last year, according to Realtor.com

Across New Jersey, 9,330 homes landed on the real estate market in June, at a median listing price of $550,000. New Jersey saw the 12th steepest decrease in new listings nationwide compared to June 2022, according to the data.
