HWBC Ireland is forecasting an uplift in office lettings in the first half of next year

The Dublin office market is in “correction mode” and lettings activity should rebound in first half of next year, a new report by HWBC Ireland has said.

The property consultancy said the take-up rate of office space in Dublin in the first six months of 2023 was below average compared to the past ten years, down almost a third to 678,000 sq ft.
