The young are accumulating wealth at a much slower rate than older age groups were at the same age - surely we need policies to address this?

This can be coupled with embracing the idea that stagnant– which equate to falls in real-terms – may be no bad thing, as they slowly fall someway back into a reasonable range for young savers.
