The mortgage-broking company has entered a trading halt and announced plans to delist from the exchange.

Celebrity Apprentice AustraliaYellow Brick Road requested a trading halt on Thursday “pending an announcement by [the company] in relation to an application to be removed from the official list of ASX”.

Mr Bouris started the company in 2007 with the aim of helping “everyday Australians use property purchase as a means of wealth generation”. But the wealth arm was sold off in 2019 and Yellow Brick Road operates as a mortgage business. Yellow Brick Road reported an after tax loss of $3.5 million in 2023, with settlements down 7 per cent on last financial year.
