Through my years as a small business owner, I’ve come to understand that supporting local enterprises is the cornerstone of community development. These businesses are invested in the prosperity of their neighborhoods, often sponsoring local events or contributing to community initiatives. Consequently, as a business owner, one becomes a steward of the community, participating in its growth and well-being.

My vision is to propel my mother’s legacy to new heights, aspiring to transform it into a national chain of Peruvian eateries.
