In various messages, Mr Lyons branded Mr Alizadeh as 'useful as a pair of stale knickers,' accused him of 'w**king' all morning and claimed 'my farts are more useful than this guy.' Mr Lyons accused his partners of stealing company money and, as the dispute escalated, targeted professional advisers, sending Amazon packages containing a shovel and a bag of manure to solicitors working on a family trust of which Mr Alizadeh was a beneficiary.
'It was wide ranging, covering not just the claimants' professional lives, and the claimants' abilities, but also matters relating to the private sphere of their lives.' But an 'acrimonious breakdown' breakdown in the relationship between Mr Lyons and his two co-directors, beginning in 2017, has now resulted in a court fight over the road at the High Court.
During the trial, Mr Alizadeh said Mr Lyons' behaviour had become 'problematic,' with him being 'rude' and 'abusive' to him, staff, clients and others working the same sector. In another, he said: 'Everybody knows he's a dishonest c***,' and added that 'he's about as useful as a pair of stale knickers.'
'Looked at in the context of the wider dispute, and the allegations being made by the defendant at the time about the firm, I am satisfied that he sent them.'
